I ordered the bike in October 2022. It arrived 3 days later. It was packaged very well. It took about 30 minutes to put together the remaining parts. It is well constructed. My husband immediately took it for a ride. He loves it. It has 5 levels of pedal assist and a throttle. We rode 10 miles yesterday and it used about 25% of its battery. This bike is definitely worth the price. I have an electric bike that cost $1700. This bike is almost half the price and includes additional perks. The racks on the front and back of the bike are very sturdy. I love it

Great bike for the price. It came within a week of ordering and took 30 mins to assemble. I have been told to make sure you store the battery inside during cold months or it will kill the battery. I have had my bike for about 9 months and couldn't be happier. I live in a neighborhood with lots of hills and with the 5 peddle assist levels I can easily get up all of them. It is a bit heavy but nothing I can't handle. I added a basket to the front and I can't be happier.
